Jerry is the President of Professional Resort Operators, Inc. Scottsdale, Arizona. He began his hospitality career over 39 years ago with the Albert Pick Hotel Corporation in Chicago, Ill. Jerry is one of the few individuals to hold the highest professional certification from both the American Hotel & lodging Association (AH&lA) and the American Resort Development Association (ARDA). He is currently the Chairman of both ARDA-Arizona and the Arizona Timeshare Management Association. A frequent guest speaker an industry conferences, Jerry has authored the book on Timeshare resort management titled an honorable profession and currently writes a weekly column for an internet timeshare newspaper (The Timeshare Beat). He currently serves as a member of the Management Committee for arda and on assignment with the membership committee for arda with special interest in the area of HOA membership increases. Jerry was recently awarded the Ace as volunteer of the year.
